Question: A 42 year old male is evaluated for progressive otalgia, dysphagia, and neck fullness. The patient has a history of NF1. Imaging reveals a multispatial enhancing mass involving the parapharyngeal space extending inferiorly to the thyroid gland with extensions into various parts of the neck. He has no cranial neuropathies. What is the most likely histopathology of the lesion?
