Question: A 25 year old female is referred to you for nasal base asymmetry. Examination reveals a normal skin and soft tissue envelope without masses or lesions. Intranasally, the nasal vestibular skin appears to be higher on the left side than the right. Intraoral examination reveals a cystic mass just lateral to the premaxilla. Assuming that this mass likely takes origin from epithelial rests between the medial and lateral nasal prominences, what is the most likely diagnosis?
