Question: A 51 year old male undergoes transoral robotic assisted resection of a tongue base carcinoma with neck metastases. Pathologic analysis reveals the primary tumor to be 3.9 cm extending to the lingual surface of the epiglottis. Five of 42 neck lymph nodes in the specimen were positive for tumor. What is his stage?
