Lingual Lump

Question: A 43 year old female is evaluated for a tongue lesion.  She is a lifelong nonsmoker and noted the feeling of a "marble" in her midline oral tongue.  Examination reveals a submucosal lesion without overlying mucosal ulceration.  Biopsy reveals pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia.  What is the most likely diagnosis?
