Question:  A 36 year old male is involved in a motor vehicle accident and develops unilateral clear rhinorrhea.  CT demonstrates a naso-orbito-ethmoid fracture with opacification of multiple ethmoid air cells.  Beta-2 transferrin testing of the fluid is positive.  What percentage of traumatic anterior skull base CSF leaks will close spontaneously?  [Answer will be posted with next week's new question]
