Question: A 11 year old male undergoes excision of a juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma. He does well in the immediate postoperative period. He returns to see you in follow up and you notice conjunctival injection of the eye ipsilateral to the tumor. His facial sensation is normal. What nerve was likely sacrificed during tumor resection? The proptosis and chemosis would not be present with preseptal cellulitis.
