Question: A 65 year old male is referred to you for progressive exertional dyspnea and mild dysphagia. He notes symptoms for 3 years that have gradually become more troublesome. Prior treatment for presumed asthma was not beneficial. Laryngoscopy reveals normal vocal fold mobility with fullness in the postcricoid region. A laryngeal CT is obtained that reveals an expansile, lytic lesion of the cricoid cartilage. What is the most likely diagnosis?
