High Pressure Situation

Question: A 27 year old female is referred for progressive hoarseness, cough, and dysphagia.  She is a non smoker with no medical comorbidities.  She works as an administrative assistant and plays trumpet in a local orchestra.  CT imaging is obtained that demonstrates an air-filled, mass-like lesion extending from the supraglottic larynx into the neck.  What is the likely diagnosis, and what feature distinguishes this entity from a saccular cyst?
