Bug Eyes

Question: A 7 year old boy develops unilateral proptosis, chemosis, and lid swelling.  He is treated with oral antibiotics for 3 days with no improvement.  CT reveals a rim-enhancing area of hypoattenuation lateral to the left lamina papyracea and pansinusitis.  What is the next step in management? [Answer will be posted with next week's new question]
