Kid Cysts

Question: A 5 year old girl develops painful swelling in the right infraauricular area.  CT scan is obtained that reveals a cystic mass within the parotid extending superficially to involve the skin.  The remainder of the parotid gland has no evidence of inflammation.  Needle aspiration of the cyst reveals purulence and cultures demonstrate S. pyogenes.  She is otherwise healthy and is fully immunized.  What is the most likely diagnosis and recommended management? [Answer will be posted with next week's new question]
