Take a Deep Breath

Question:  You are evaluating a woman who complains of nasal obstruction and wish to determine whether external nasal valve collapse may be contributing to her symptoms.  What physical exam technique can you employ in this situation?   [Answer will be posted with next week's new question]

Answer to last week's question, Island Time (July 13, 2015):

The lower island trapezius musculocutaneous flap has three angiosomes: 1) transverse cervical artery, 2) cervical para spinous perforators, and 3) dorsal scapular artery, with the dominant supply coming from the transverse cervical artery.
