Question: A 71 year old male is evaluated for progressive voice changes. Laryngoscopy demonstrates a submucosal subglottic fullness and normal vocal fold mobility. CT imaging shows a destructive lesion of the posterior cricoid lamina, extending up to the cricoarytenoid joints but not involving them. What is the most likely diagnosis?
