A Rush Of Blood To The Head

 Question:  A 17 year old male is referred to your clinic for recurrent epistaxis.  Endoscopy reveals a friable mass originating from the posterolateral nasal wall filling most of the nasal cavity.  A presumptive diagnosis of juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma is made.  Widening of which anatomic area is often found on CT for these lesions?  [Answer will be posted with next week's new question]
