Question:  A 31 year old female is referred to you for a neck mass.  She reports having intermittent infections treated with antibiotics and progressive enlargement of the mass over several years.  Examination reveals a mass centered over the hyoid bone that moves with swallowing.  You perform a Sistrunk procedure.  Seven days later, she calls to inquire about ongoing clear drainage from the lateral aspect of her incision line.  What most likely occurred? [Answer will be posted with next week's new question]
