Striking a Cord

 Question:  A 74 year old male is seen at his wife's request for progressive hoarseness. She notes that her husband frequently slurs words and seems to have noisier breathing with mild exertion. Voice evaluation demonstrates mild dysarthria with faster speech. Laryngoscopy shows limited abduction of both vocal folds.  What is the diagnosis?  [Answer will be posted with next week's new question]
